Customer Appreciation Program

StormwateRx launched the Customer Appreciation Program, or CAP, as a way of saying thanks to exceptional customers. Vouchers are sent to exceptional customers to be used toward future purchases from StormwateRx, such as: new systems, system upgrades, replacement parts, inspection and maintenance services.

Vouchers are available in two increments:

• $100 credit vouchers are accrued by opening your installation to a StormwateRx tour or similar gesture that helps us more effectively get the word out about our world class stormwater treatment systems. We offer this voucher to help offset the cost of your valuable time.
• $500 credit vouchers are accrued by providing a referral that results in an order of a StormwateRx system. To satisfy the requirements of this voucher increment, the prospective customer must meet the following criteria:
  1. Be new to StormwateRx
  2. We must receive the order within one year of your referral
  3. We must be able to judge that your referral and influence was instrumental in StormwateRx selling the system

For customers that have accrued credits, they are applicable at the time of your next invoice. They may be transferred and do not expire. Simply note at your time of purchase the amount of credits you would like to use and we will apply the credit to your next invoice. Some customers have already accrued more than $1,000. So thanks for being an exceptional customer to StormwateRx!
